Hi! Im Manda! Yes I was Katt. Why the name change you ask?
I have been Katt Mae since February 2017. I used it as a name when I was married when guys would hit on me in clubs. So it was fitting to use the name that I loved from my favourite movie 10 Things I Hate About You.
But in the last year I have felt like I have been deceiving people. Yes, Manda is my real name, well shortened version anyway. I get called Manda Mae in my every day life. Most of my regular clients already knew what my real name was. So it's not much a change, but it is for me and my mental health.
So in September this year I made the decision to change to my real name. I went through a bit of an identity crisis where my professional life and personal life were colliding and I didn't know what to call myself when I introduced myself to people. So I thought screw it! Let's change everything over my real name. It's a big step for an escort like myself to use our real names. Very few of us do. But I am a very open and honest person and I wanted to show my true self.
I would never put on a persona and become a completely persona or anything, I just started to feel like I was deceiving people by using Katt. People are still going to call me Katt and that's ok. Its my nickname and I love that.
